When Everybody knows your e-mail address Wednesday, October 26th, 2005

Did you know if I wanted to send e-mail and pretend to be you I could!

Unfortunatly thats exactly what someone is doing to me.

My e-mail address is in the public domain

A spammer is using it to send out e-mail, pretending to me.

When the e-mails fail to deliver they bounce back to me.

This is really the reason we have spam at all, the fact you can do this in the first place.

There is nothing you can do about it either. This Internet thing is pretty dumb sometimes.

Another O2-XDA Exec Review Wednesday, October 26th, 2005

8.2 on C-NET

What’s it for?
Working on Windows Office documents on the move; organising yourself; downloading emails with attachments

Who’s it for?
The serious traveller who needs to stay connected in a variety of ways

We like:
Runs Windows Mobile 5.0; built-in Qwerty keyboard; Tablet PC-style swivelling screen; 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity

We don’t like:
Bulky; awkward for voice calls without a Bluetooth headset; keyboard not appropriate for serious typing

CNET.co.uk judgement: The XDA Exec is large for a handheld, but it delivers the latest in mobile voice and data functionality, including Windows Mobile 5.0 and 3G, in a flexible hardware design
