BRUSSELS (Reuters) - In a sign of how meticulously Microsoft (MSFT.O: Quote, Profile, Research) is planning its antitrust battle against the European Commission next month, it hired three former EU judges to stage a mock trial, a source close to the situation said.

They are best known for benchmarking Microsoft Windows technologies

Reading between the lines, it could be to either:-

Benchmark OS X
Benchmark Windows Running Virtually on OS X
Or Running Windows Natively on Apple Hardware.

The link below is a blog written in secret by a Microsoft Employee, the true identity of the writer remains unknown.

Last week he posted a topic called “Vista 2007. Fire the leadership now! ”

As of this morning more than 500 comments have been posted on this topic.

Now the depressing bit is a lot of the early comments have been left by other Microsoft Employees.

It gives an insight into the train wreck that is Microsoft today.
