Me: My Dell Latitude X300 Laptop has a small hairline crack on the front Screen Bezel.
Tech: I see you dont have Complete Customer Care, would you like me to get you a quote for an out of warranty repair.
Me: Yes
Tech: That will be £500+VAT
Me: The machine is 2 Years 9 Months old and cost about £700 new, so a £500 repair at this point in its life would not be worth it.
Tech: OK, let me look at the price….pause (12 Seconds Later) £250
Me: Thanks but no thanks.
