I.E7 to be Optional But snuck in the back door Via Windows Update.
I am responsible for 200 computers in 20 odd locations.
The default behaviour of these sites is to using Automatic Windows Update for the latest security fixes on Patch Tuesday.
Now Microsoft are bypassing me and going straight to my end users and offering to install a new Internet Browser (I.E7)
In most cases everything will be fine, but when it goes wrong I will be the one who has to fix it.
