As expected Microsoft released the latest and final beta for Windows XP around 11:30 pm on Friday.

As far I know this beta is publicly limited to 100,000 testers on the Community preview program. It is also available for those on MSDN or Technet.

I downloaded both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions. I got the 64-bit on the off chance I have the time and 64-bit machine free to test it on. I use a Dell XPS M1210 that is 64-bit enabled so you never know.

I am going to install the 32bit version for compatibility reasons on my laptop. Things like printers drivers and the such.

So this is the last build before the launch. The rumor is They are going to be adding a few things they have been keeping under wraps.

So on with rebuilding.
