Windows Vista Anytime Upgrade Transfer Rights Revised Friday, March 16th, 2007
Microsoft is changing the restrictive License agreement for users of Windows Vista Home Premium who choose to upgrade to Windows Vista Ultimate.
The old license agreement only allowed you to transfer the license from one PC to another one time.
The “one time†limitation is to be removed from the EULA (End User License Agreement).
