According to Canon’s website the Canon EOS 350D is supported in Windows Vista.

In the download section of Canon’s Website there is Windows Vista Specific Download for the EOS 350D the package is called ZoomBrowser EX Updater (EN) (5.8a)

However connecting the device Via USB the Camera is found by Windows Vista (it is correctly identified in the Control Panel > Scanners and Camera’s but Canon’s Software can’t find the device “No Device found”.

I did some research into this and most other people have given up and are using USB memory card readers.
