		<description>Phone support is only half the story. We were waiting for a Dell engineer to turn up for over 5.5 hours at the weekend after drives on a production server failed. We have a 4h onsite contract. But yes, phone response was good although pointless if they can&#039;t get the engineers out on time.</description>
