I have no idea what happened in tech today because….

One of my larger clients, Timberwise (a nationwide property care company, woodworm, damp proofing, basement conversion that sort of thing) were having a Company wide conference and invited some of their suppliers and subcontractors.

I received an award to recognise my 16 years of unbroken service in providing the company technical services.

I used to be their I.T Manager back in the nineties but when I started my own business in 1997 I asked them to be my first client and thankfully they agreed.

Since then both our companies have prospered.

In lots of ways the relationship I have with the company is unique, I am sure the fact I used to work full time in the business for 6 years helps a lot.

I don’t get recognition very often so I appreciate it when I do.
