Howdi Sue

Reseller, no.

Sage dealers, they have their own eco system around supply/support/development and training.

Line 200 is a combination of Sage Accounts and their online web based database driven customer relationship management (CRM) software. So a remote CRM user can interact with the sage accounts back at base and the data can flow back and forth.

Colin:

Does this mean you will become a reseller/distributor for their software? Do they train you for database repair, or do you still have to buy their customer support? I have used a couple of different software packages of theirs over the years; namely Timberline (construction accounting) and Timeslips (billing program). Timeslips is very popular here for small companies.
