The bane of my life and probably yours.
I manage the spam defences of my clients and their average is slightly less at 88.7%
Interestingly it does vary from a low of 78.25% to a high of 97.26%
On average a user will spend 10 minuets every day dealing with spam issues.
Part of my daily job is to ensure that e-mail coming into my clients systems actually get’s through.
Every year I am responsible for making sure approximately 6 million e-mails get delivered properly.
News that this trend is still growing is a concern.
