I have an absolute nightmare providing telephone support for clients connecting to Wireless Networks.

The problem surrounds the fact that you can get on to a wireless network in two ways.

1) The Windows Way (using the Windows Zero Config)

2) The Manufacturer of your wireless network card’s way, via some client software.

Typically both will work but neither can be running at the same time.

Lucky for me I only need to deal with Intel Pro Wireless or Dell Wireless and occasionally Belkin, but still even my memory struggles to remember what the taskbar icons look like and the other dialogue boxes etc.

So I was really pleased to find the following Dell Support page that gives you instructions for both Intel and Dell Wireless network cards.
