Dell Inspiron 9 Mini Review includes video Friday, September 12th, 2008

The guys over at Notebook review have a Dell Inspiron 9 in for review with lots of pictures and commentary.

Something these guys do in their reviews is measure the heat temperature of laptops. They report that the Inspiron mini runs hot so the heat maps are really useful.

Overall the review is positive and worth a read for those interested in the mini.

Also on the link is a 4 minute video review

The Dell Inspiron Mini 9 has launched Thursday, September 4th, 2008

I had already come to the conclusion that the Inspiron Mini would not be practical for my business needs. That’s not  to say this doesn’t have it’s place.

The general consensus is that the Inspiron mini is slightly over priced at 299 pounds.

There is a US based promotion where the mini can be purchased for $99 alongside another laptop.
