Podcasts are an excellent resource for both entertainment and educational content. Almost all podcasts are free. Note you do not need an iPod to listen to Podcasts, just a PC or Mac with iTunes installed.

Install this update to resolve an issue where an Apple iPod may be corrupted by using the Safely Remove Hardware feature on a system running Windows Vista.

I am still grumpy about how iTunes works on Windows Vista.
