<p>If you blog you should at least try it out. Its free, I like to think of it as the Microsoft Word of Blogging. </p>

<p>Did you ever get a spam e-mail and wonder who sent it&#8230;.</p>
<p>The background to this screencast is I received an unsolicited e-mail that looks like its part of a Dell sponsored marketing campaign. But with e-mail itâ€™s really difficult to know who is really behind it.</p>
<p>I would like to know if Dell are now in the spam business or is some 3rd party company using a social engineering technique pretending to be Dell to get affiliate marketing business.</p>
<p>Either way someone is doing something wrong.</p>
<p>So I did some research watch the screencast and see what you think.</p>

<p>Why for example can I get to a Printer Driver Download within 5 mouse clicks on HP.com but it takes 9 mouse clicks and 7 web pages on brother.co.uk</p>
<p>I have seen people have issues navigating around this site, so I know its a complex issue to get right, so I dont mean to beat up on brother or anything but if hp.com can do it why can&#8217;t brother.</p>
