In this screencast I highlight the issue of bad user interface web design.

Why for example can I get to a Printer Driver Download within 5 mouse clicks on HP.com but it takes 9 mouse clicks and 7 web pages on brother.co.uk

I have seen people have issues navigating around this site, so I know its a complex issue to get right, so I dont mean to beat up on brother or anything but if hp.com can do it why can’t brother.
