We support most common operating environments for example Windows 9.x, Windows NT/2000/2003 and Windows XP. We can advise on Server/PC’s platforms including issues like TCP/IP, Proxy Servers and e-mail Servers and crucially these days anti-virus.

Consultancy and Support services are our core business. We support many businesses large and small. Initially we visit a prospective client and assess their Information Technology requirements.

We currently provide IT Consultancy & Support to 15 different sites. We offer these sites access to all the services above. The majority of support we provide is over the telephone.
To ensure the identified objectives are being met we have regular meetings with the management of our clients.
